Thanks, glad to be here.

I signed up some time ago chasing information about a Ford Anglia fitted with a Falcon 6 cylinder engine that used to race at either/both Barbagello/Caversham back in I guess the early 70's.

I saw it at a local shopping centre when I was a kid and it made quite an impression.

Some of your members were able to provide some info and the owner back then but I've lost the information.

Does anyone out there recall the car and it's owner? Would appreciate any information that's forthcoming.

I imagine you are talking about the Bruce Peacock Anglia Falcon which raced at Barbagallo in the early 70s? It was white and blue.

Dont think Bruce Peacock raced the car at Caversha, ex Vaughan NSW, I first saw the car at Oran Park, great punter.

Research it via Terry Walkers results page 1972/3:

Dim distant memory suggests it was in Vic mid 90s.
